RETURNS
Special order, NOS and electrical parts are non-returnable. Other parts may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange with a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be complete, uninstalled and in undamaged factory packaging. Please call us prior to return to arrange for a returned goods authorization (RGA number). All returns must include an RGA number and a copy of the original invoice. All shipments must be properly packaged, insured and shipped prepaid. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your refund.
WARRANTY
Classic Auto Air's Original Air warrants that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, driving conditions and service for a period after the invoice date as follows: Rebuilt parts – 90 days; new parts – 1 year; “Perfect Fit” complete systems – 3 years; all other systems – 1 year. WARRANTY IS VOIDED ON ANY PRODUCT SHIPPED WITH A SERIAL # IF STICKER IS REMOVED. Our only obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. If you suspect a part is defective, you must call us immediately or warranty may be voided. If you get an RGA (returned goods authorization number) and include a copy of the original invoice, we will pay the freight on returns of the defective products. We are not responsible for labor, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind. This warranty is voided by misuse, alteration, improper installation, accident or neglect, including installation of any refrigerant or additive other than R12 or R134A. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTYS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
CORE CHARGE
Many rebuilt items have carry a core-charge in addition to the price. In many cases, your original part may still be a rebuildable part, and eligible for a core refund upon return to us. To receive a core refund for your old core, send the old part back pre-paid with a copy of your invoice we will refund the core charge you paid on the invoice. *** Core returns must be the same as those purchased from Classic Auto Air's Original Air. *** Please keep in mind that not all core returns are eligible for core credit refund. The part must be in rebuildable condition without damage or modifications, though in some instances, some damaged or modified cores may be eligible for partial core credit. If you have any questions about your core, please contact us before returning it.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. All of our shipments are insured and insurance claims can only be paid if certain conditions are met for the carrier. In the event of a damaged item in a shipment, it is essential that the shipment and it's entire contents (box, packing and parts) is kept together for inspection by the carrier. Without it, claims will not be paid. Call us immediately with the tracking number from the packing label and we will file a claim with the carrier to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
MISSING PARTS
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Missing parts must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. If you find missing parts, please call us immediately.
