65-74 Custom GM Evaporator/Blower Unit Rebuild

Custom rebuild of your original firewall mounted evaporator/blower unit.

• On Suction Throttling Valve equipped cars, the rebuild includes reconditioning the original evaporator and expansion valve, rebuilding the Suction Throttling Valve (STV), cleaning and testing original switches and cosmetic restoration of the evaporator housing.
• On POA valve equipped cars, the rebuild includes reconditioning the original evaporator and expansion valve, rebuilding the POA valve, cleaning and testing original switches and cosmetic restoration of the evaporator housing.
• On VIR equpped cars, the rebuild includes reconditioning the original evaporator, rebuilding the VIR (Valves In Receiver), cleaning and testing original switches and cosmetic restoration of the evaporator housing. Parts and housing repairs, if needed, are additional.
• On Accumulator equipped cars, the rebuild includes reconditioning the original evaporator, rebuilding the accumulator, cleaning and testing original switches and cosmetic restoration of the evaporator housing. Parts and housing repairs, if needed, are additional.

Price varies depending on the unit, but typically in the $450-500 range, plus and fiberglass and/or metal repairs, heater coil and other parts, if needed.
