This Original Air Group reproduction of the Ford accessory idler mounts below the stock compressor clutch/pulley and the crankshaft pulley on the stock 289 V8 engine. It was designed as an add-on by Ford to take up the belt slack and solve complaints of excessive belt slap for 1965-66 289 V8 engines.
